We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow an effective system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-value policies and conduct 100% of our business via virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
