We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently without needing constant guidance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

3. Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection, nor do we engage in low-premium policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents invest between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source—just need more quality agents.
