Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low premium policies (e.g., $30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value policies through virtual sales (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
