High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  1. Agents who are desperate to make money.

  2. Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

  3. Agents who need hand-holding at every step.

  4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  5. Uncoachable individuals or those with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

  2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

  3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products such as final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
