High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with strong communication skills.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
