High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without extensive oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  1. Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

  2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

  3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

  4. Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  5. Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

  2. Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

    Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend between $1,000 and $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
