We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales agents who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.
Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.
Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.
Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies; our focus is on high-end solutions.
All sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings.
On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more skilled agents.
