High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Cheap agents selling policies under $100/month.

• People who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, communicates effectively, and speaks well.

• An agent comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• An agent who is ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

We operate throughout the US, selling exclusively via virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT offer lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
