High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel at working independently and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation

Our company collaborates with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not provide lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
