High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel at working independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively articulate and sell

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our focus is on high-value policies, and all our sales are conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are simply looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
