High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, communicates well, and can effectively engage clients.

• An agent comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• An agent ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted 100% virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more high-performing agents.
