High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money, driven by urgent financial needs.

2. Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to guidance.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with excellent communication skills and professionalism.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation or hand-holding.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
