High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money and overly reliant on immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who need constant guidance and supervision.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings via telephone and Zoom.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
