We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who thrive independently and are committed to high performance.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with our average client paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted 100% virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are currently looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
