High End Insurance Sales Agency - Join Our Elite Team

We are a high-end insurance sales agency seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money desperately and are under financial pressure.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable with high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents who are self-motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. Our business is conducted 100% virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for committed agents.
