High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs; however, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team and welcome more high-performing agents.
