Job description

High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

  • Agents who cannot buy their own leads to generate sales

  • Agents who need hand-holding at every step

  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

  • People who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively

  • Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month

  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
