High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and require minimal supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money who are under financial stress

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

3. Agents who need hand-holding at every step

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

5. Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information

2. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
