High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. If you are confident, independent, and ready to follow a proven system, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents eager to follow our proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and top-tier insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our average agent invests between $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more driven agents.
