High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or possess a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely via virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
