Job summary

Exchange Bank is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to provide business analysis services across the organization. The role tracks trends, documents workflow for projects, and recommends process improvements to boost operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include translating needs into specifications, creating BRDs and test plans, and maintaining project documentation. Selected candidate will participate in Information Systems projects, manage data reports, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with a High School diploma or GED plus 2 years' experience in business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors for banking software assets.
• Applied knowledge of data mining and system update tools; familiarity with bank software assets and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to document project requirements and translate into proper specifications (Business Cases, RFI, BRD).
• Create test plans and test cases; coordinate end-user testing to meet regulatory requirements.
• Analyze current processes and metrics to identify efficiencies and ROI opportunities.
• Lead small projects with oversight from senior analysts.
• Maintain and document workflow for new and ongoing projects; support project leaders with integrating processes, technology and internal controls.
