Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in designing and delivering engaging programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents in Avon, IN. You will lead multiple daily activities, assist with monthly calendars, and coordinate with the program team to foster resident satisfaction and family engagement.

Competenze

• High School Diploma and/or experience; entry level position with 1-3 years experience highly desired.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, imaginative, engaging and have a passion for working with seniors.
• Experience organizing, conducting, and planning programs and activities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be in good physical condition and be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Lead 6-7 high quality programs per day.
• Assist in surveying and interviewing residents to determine interests and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, events, and outings for the upcoming month.
• Develop relationships with residents and families to promote participation and satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing, maintaining, and staging programming areas and supplies.
• Recruit, coordinate, and oversee a robust volunteer program.
• Promote programs by posting daily notices and posters.
• Assist in resident transportation to groceries, shopping, and activities, and provide off-site outing transportation.
