Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in creating engaging programs for independent living and assisted living residents. The role includes planning monthly activities, leading multiple daily programs, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

You will interview residents, build relationships with families, manage records, and assist in transporting residents and organizing event logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing programs across IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Lead 6-7 high quality programs per day.
• Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, events, and outings.
• Develop relationships with residents and families to encourage participation.
