Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, directing cross‑functional teams across vendor environments to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will guide governance, program execution, and client leadership while leveraging agile, SAFe, and AI-enabled approaches. Travel up to 50% may be required as you build trusted client relationships and EY capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years in consulting/insurance/transformation.
Experience leading large transformation programs across business and technology.
Experience with life, annuity, or group benefits insurance value chain.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

Lead complex client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
Manage multidisciplinary teams with accountability for scope, quality, timelines and outcomes.
Partner with product, architecture, data, testing, and release teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Drive governance forums, reporting, and project transparency.
Support business development and capture activities.
