• Review and audit case files to determine lien status, trust balances, and undisputed funds.
• Identify, flag, and communicate discrepancies to the Lien team.
• Track and report audit findings with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain detailed audit notes and documentation within the case management system.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Ensure deadlines related to lien resolution and settlement disbursements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lien workflows and reduce delays.
• Monitor and review IOLTA trust account activity for accuracy and compliance.
