Ideal candidates have admin experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Spanish ability is a plus; a team-focused attitude is essential for our LA office.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in an administrative role requiring attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and provider types is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call medical providers to gather initial case information.
• Track cases and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Communicate with doctors, colleagues, and clients clearly.
• Update the firm’s database with accurate data.
• Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
• Build rapport with potential clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative Los Angeles office environment.
