Wilshire Law Firm in Torrance seeks a Liens & Subrogation Assistant to manage and negotiate medical liens in personal injury cases. You will work with medical providers and clients daily to ensure proper compensation from settlements and maximize the client’s net payout.

Qualifications

• At least one year of administrative experience with attention to detail, effective communication, and multi-tasking.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Office 365.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types.
• Spanish fluency is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Call medical providers to gather initial case information.
• Keep track of cases and scheduling follow-up calls as necessary.
• Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices, co-workers, and clients alike.
• Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
• Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
• Build strong rapport with potential clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
