Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of mechanic's lien laws and waiver processes is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and process lien waiver requests and mechanic's liens.
• Review customer portal submissions and respond accordingly.
• Prepare and submit lien documentation via ServiceNow or attorney.
• Audit payments, cash application, and billing transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain records and support process improvement initiatives.
