ABC Supply is seeking an Expense Report Processor to support our Beloit, Wisconsin team. You will audit Concur expense reports, review submitted expenses, and ensure adherence to company policies while handling confidential information.

This full-time role requires strong skills in Excel and Word, organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize daily tasks. You will collaborate with teammates to train others and improve expense processes.

Qualifications

• Experience processing expense reports or similar financial data.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit Concur Expense Reports and ensure accuracy.
• Review associate expenses and Oversight Programming outputs.
• Answer Concur support questions by phone and email.
• Respond promptly to Concur emails and card queries.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify training opportunities and assist with training as needed.
