ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Beloit, WI, is seeking a Vendor Relationship Specialist to develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will administer vendor agreements and rebate programs, lead performance initiatives, and collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, IT and Operations to align objectives and maximize value for the company and its suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in vendor relationship management, supplier management, procurement, or category management.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with analytics or BI tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and enhance strategic supplier relationships to support growth and profitability.
• Administer vendor agreements and rebate programs.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in vendor management processes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
• Lead supplier engagement events and recognition initiatives.
