Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently organize daily workload to maximize efficiency.
• Review supplier contracts, rebate logs and program accruals.
• Complete designated month-end tasks.
• Code credits, deposit checks and process ACH payments to GL.
• Reconcile supplier programs and analyze variances.
• Follow up with suppliers to resolve missing credits or incorrect rates.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain enhanced backup for reconciliations.
• Perform quarterly chaining analysis for accrual accuracy.
• Develop and maintain a file tracking supplier programs and issues.
