Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Lido AM Server at The Surf Club, a Four Seasons Hotel, in a luxury oceanfront setting. You will deliver breakfast and mid-day service with intuitive knowledge of the menu, ensuring a refined guest experience. A strong hospitality mindset and superb guest interaction are essential.

You will join a team committed to excellence, with opportunities for training, development, and complimentary staff accommodations and meals. Valid US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality with a positive attitude toward guests and tasks.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service with a willingness to learn more.
• Background in luxury resort and hotel environments is an asset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and hospitality-driven approach.

About The Role

The Lido AM Server is an integral part of the Lido Restaurant team. In this role, you will demonstrate high levels of service skill to provide an enjoyable breakfast, lunch and midday meal experience in luxurious surroundings. This requires intuitive service, solid menu knowledge, the ability to offer insightful suggestions and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions, provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
• Understand guest needs and ensure satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond. urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Find opportunities to make connections and enhance the dining experience.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables with attention to details and according to service standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership in providing exceptional experiences

• A strong knowledge of F&B, and a curiosity to learn more.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset .
• Attention to detail and passionate about hospitality.
