Job summary

The Steward at Four Seasons Surf Club Miami Beach supports our Food and Beverage outlets by ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and service. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage departments.

You will maintain sanitation, handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

About The Role

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage department.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.
