Four Seasons Hotel Surf Club in Surfside, FL seeks a Spa Coordinator to join the Spa Team. You are the first impression, delivering intuitive service, precise reservations, and a relaxing spa environment to guests.

You will manage bookings, ensure timely check-ins, and collaborate with colleagues to personalize experiences, while upselling products and services to enhance guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires a passion for luxury hospitality.

About the role:

The Spa Coordinator is an integral part of the Spa Team. You are the first impression, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail and highly efficient check-in skills.

This role ensures accuracy in managing spa reservations, timeliness for appointment pick-up and ensuring a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.

What you will do:

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism,
• Be knowledgeable about services and products and make insightful recommendations
• Respond to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner
• Resolveguestcomplaints to complete satisfaction, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize theservice
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, provide clear information about guest preferences and other information to personalize and enhance the experience
• Complete day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the spa, ensuring spa setups and facilities are ready for service
