This position requires dynamic leadership, a passion for developing talent, a focus on establishing and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. In addition to managing the day‑to‑day activities of the kitchen, the Junior Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of menu items, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
