Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking an Lido AM Server to deliver breakfast and midday meals in a luxury Beach Club setting. You will showcase intuitive service, solid menu knowledge and a passion for memorable guest experiences, within a refined, high-service environment.

The role requires a polished, guest-centric approach, a strong knowledge of F&B, and the ability to engage guests with thoughtful recommendations. Full-time hours apply to a premier coastal property in Surfside, FL.

About the role:

The Lido AM Server is an integral part of the Lido Restaurant team. In this role, you will demonstrate high levels of service skill to provide an enjoyable breakfast, lunch and midday meal experience in luxurious surroundings. This requires intuitive service, solid menu knowledge, the ability to offer insightful suggestions and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions, provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell.




• Understand guest needs and ensure satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond. urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Find opportunities to make connections and enhance the dining experience.




• Assist in clearing and resetting tables with attention to details and according to service standards




• Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership in providing exceptional experiences

What you bring:

• An engaging personality and a positive attitude towards all tasks.




• A strong knowledge of F&B, and a curiosity to learn more.




• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.




• Attention to detail and passionate about hospitality.
