Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team, deliver intuitive service, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests.

You will greet guests, respond to requests, coordinate with housekeeping, reservations and engineering, and help create memorable stays through attention to detail and personalized interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and execute details with precision.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc., and make insightful requests.
• Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolve guest complaints to complete satisfaction, and recognize opportunities to personalize service.
• Communicate and collaborate with all departments, provide clear information about guest concerns and preferences.
• Attend to details in all reservations, changes and preferences.

About the role:

The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor is an integral part of the Front Office Team. You are the first impression, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail and highly efficient check in/out skills.

This role connects with the guests during their stays, quickly responds to requests, personalizes interactions and finds opportunities to make their experiences memorable.
