Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a LiDAR Technician III Project Coordinator/QA/QC to support Mobile LiDAR and Geospatial/Surveying efforts. Roles include project setup, data classification, feature extraction, QA/QC review, and ensuring data accuracy to project standards across multiple North Carolina and other office locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience with Mobile LiDAR.
• Working knowledge of surveying mathematics and land surveying practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and seed files with the processing and extraction teams.
• QA/QC other team members' extraction efforts and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare final deliverables and reports.
• Lead LiDAR registration and provide guidance to project managers.
• Maintain SOP documentation and stay current with software updates.
