Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a LiDAR Technician III Project Coordinator/QA/QC to support Mobile LiDAR and geospatial surveying. Based in one of multiple U.S. offices, you will set up projects, perform QA/QC, and deliver accurate data in compliance with standards.

You will collaborate with processing teams and project managers to optimize workflows, mentor junior staff, and stay current with software updates while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Mobile LiDAR experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying math and field practices.
• Proficient in Bentley software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and seed files with processing and extraction teams.
• QA/QC data and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare final deliverables and client reports.
• Lead workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Mentor junior extractors as the department grows.
• Maintain SOP documentation and stay current with software updates.
• Coordinate with project managers on scopes and timelines.
