Job summary

CRC Group, a leading independent insurance distributor, seeks a Licensing Supervisor to oversee the licensing team’s daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance across filings in the United States. The role focuses on guiding staff, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements to mitigate risks.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in licensing or regulatory roles, with supervisory experience and licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance licensing or regulatory compliance.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is required.
• State-specific insurance producer or adjuster license preferred.
• Compliance or licensing designations (AINS) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily licensing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of state and regulatory filings.
• Provide guidance and training to licensing staff, offering subject‑matter expertise on compliance and procedural changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and team productivity, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address escalations or resolve complex licensing issues effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and state regulations related to insurance licensing.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Prepare reports on licensing metrics and compliance performance for leadership review.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate documentation and records.
