Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Licensing Supervisor to oversee daily licensing activities and ensure compliance with state insurance licensing requirements. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and partner with internal teams to resolve escalations while driving operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, leadership, and the ability to produce accurate licensing documentation, reports, and audit support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of insurance licensing or regulatory compliance experience.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is required.
• State-specific licenses are a plus (e.g., producer/adjuster).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily licensing activities for timely and accurate filings.
• Provide guidance and training on licensing compliance and policy changes.
• Monitor performance metrics and team productivity; take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Ensure adherence to policies and state licensing regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and risk.
• Prepare licensing/compliance reports for leadership.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with documentation and records.
