Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced insurance professional to oversee production and underwriting of new and renewal accounts in a regular, full‑time role in the United States. You will manage a team, market products to clients, and ensure timely submissions and decisions with producers.

You will review endorsements, monitor risk, ensure policy servicing accuracy, and maintain necessary licenses while building strong agency relationships and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation.
• Three years of experience in production and marketing of new accounts.
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.
• Ability to analyze insurance policy components and client needs.
• Knowledge of commercial multi‑line underwriting and rating.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production goals as assigned by manager.
• Underwrite new and renewal business.
• Supervise a multi‑person team ensuring all pertinent information is communicated.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Market all products and services to clients.
• Communicate with producers regarding submissions and decisions.
• Approve and disapprove endorsement requests per guidelines.
• Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor production metrics to minimize risk and predict success.
• Review and handle policy servicing requests appropriately.
• Review inspection reports and take appropriate actions.
• Maintain licenses to produce business.
