Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 4 years business experience.
• Knowledge of insurance business organization and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• PC proficiency to include MS Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Knowledge and use of cloud applications is a bonus.
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing producer/agent licensing applications, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulatory requirements.
• Managing and maintaining producer (broker/agent) demographic information, insurance credentials, appointments, and licensing records to support organizational compliance and operational excellence.
• Researching and resolving licensing-related inquiries from producers, general agents, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on producer licensing requirements and processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of licensing data while supporting business objectives.
