Job summary

VIVA USA Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time licensing support specialist to assist with processing applications in the licensing system and ensure compliance with statutes. The role includes fingerprinting, background checks, and keeping applicants updated on their status.

The position requires multitasking, quick learning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at the downtown on-site office. Prior licensing or government system experience is preferred.

• Experience with licensing or government systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system.
• Ensure application compliance with statutes.
• Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of the status of their application.
• Respond to public inquiries.
• Log fees and receipts.
• Prepare board meeting materials and minutes. Attend and assist with board meetings.
• Order office supplies.

Job duties:

• Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system

Notes:

• This is a part-time on-site position.
• Expected to work 20 hours a week, will work exclusively on site downtown at the office (with consideration for remote).
