Job summary

EnVogue International, a fast-growing home décor company, seeks a Licensing Coordinator to support the Licensing Director in managing licensed brands and partnerships. You will act as a liaison between licensors and internal teams, handling communication, approvals, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of licensing or brand partnerships experience.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple brands and deadlines.
• Excellent communication with external partners.
• Comfortable with negotiation and business conversations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and with strong follow-through.
• Interest in brands, consumer products, retail, and trends.
• Familiarity with licensing processes, approvals, and style guides.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison with licensors and brand partners.
• Coordinate licensed programs: approvals, timelines, submissions.
• Manage product and artwork submissions, revisions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain relationships through responsive communication.
• Support partner discussions on product, timelines and needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Product Development, Merchandising.
• Keep licensing documentation, style guides, and calendars organized.
• Stay current on consumer, retail, design, and licensing trends.
• Research brands, market trends, and licensing opportunities.
• Support Licensing Director at meetings, events, and initiatives.
