Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to manage day-to-day licensing activity for home textiles. You will liaise with licensors and brand partners, coordinate approval processes for designs and packaging, and ensure artwork and concepts meet brand guidelines.

You will partner with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Production, and overseas teams to track feedback, revisions, and approvals, while maintaining licensing files and calendars to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of licensing, consumer products, product development, brand management, sales support, or related field
• Prior licensing experience required
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a PC/Windows environment; company does not use Macs
• Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Production, and overseas teams
