Jobgether is seeking a Licensing Operations Manager to oversee agent licensing, appointments, and related workflow across multiple subsidiaries. You will lead a team, coordinate with IT for system reliability, and ensure timely, accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience leading employees and managing workloads.
• Experience in insurance industry licensing and appointments is preferred.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in high-volume settings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agent licensing operations, including staff assignments and workload distribution.
• Lead, coach, and develop department employees through onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Manage licensing and appointment transactions across subsidiaries including transfers and terminations.
• Monitor automated processing systems, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with IT.
• Oversee reporting, data processing, and quality assurance to meet deadlines.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with management and stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements by submitting programming requests and training staff.
• Conduct process reviews and audits to identify discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Develop and update departmental procedures and training materials.
• Coordinate with sales, executives, recruiters, and regulatory bodies to resolve matters.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights on workload trends and opportunities.
• Promote collaboration and accountability to meet performance expectations.
• Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
