American Income Life is seeking a Department Supervisor, Agent Licensing to oversee daily licensing operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate processing across multiple insurance subsidiaries. The role collaborates with IT and management to resolve issues and improve workflows in a remote/work-from-home setting.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and other Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a professional setting.
• Insurance industry experience, preferably licensing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agent licensing operations and staff assignments.
• Supervise department employees through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Manage agent appointments, terminations, transfers, promotions across subsidiaries.
• Monitor licensing transactions and troubleshoot processing issues with IT.
• Oversee department reporting, data processing, and QA to meet deadlines.
• Support system enhancements through programming requests and testing.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures and training materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address licensing and appointment matters.
