Job summary

A leading insurance technology firm is seeking a Team Lead of Contracting and Licensing. This remote role will be responsible for managing Sales Advisor onboarding, licensing, and contracting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with industry knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process, handling escalations, and providing support to Sales Advisors. Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in insurance operations or a related field.
• Solid understanding of life insurance industry processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for contracting and licensing matters.
• Oversee Sales Advisors onboarding process.
• Respond to Tier 1 escalations in collaboration with leadership.
• Communicate with Sales Advisors and carriers to track requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing system for documents.
