Fresh Prints LLC in New York-based startup is seeking a Licensing Manager to modernize the licensing function, turning it into a driver of revenue and efficiency. You will lead a small team, own daily operations and strategic improvements, and collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales, and Design.

The role emphasizes automating licensing workflows, rolling out AI-powered checks, streaming royalty reporting, and building durable partnerships with university and Greek licensors.

Qualificações

• At least 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar roles.
• At least 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• Strong project management and workflow optimization skills.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or tools to streamline them.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Licensing team, owning both daily operations and long-term improvements.
• Oversee and improve core workflows, including trademark checks, design approvals, licensing portal submissions, and royalty reporting and tracking.
• Manage relationships and communication with university and Greek licensors, and build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities, expanding our network of partner schools and organizations.
• Drive key initiatives to modernize the function, including rolling out AI-powered tools for licensing checks, automating RFP submissions, and streamlining royalty reporting.
